Our apartments are located in the centre of Genoa, within walking distance of the main points of interest, in a convenient position whether you are arriving by train, car or plane.
By train
From Genova Brignole station, the apartments can be reached on foot or with a short taxi ride.
By car
In Via Serra and the surrounding streets there are both attended and unattended paid parking options. One — with limited hours and requiring booking — is located directly opposite the building entrance.
You can unload your luggage and bring it to the apartment, briefly leaving your car in front with hazard lights on (and possibly a note with your phone number on the dashboard), then park comfortably and return to the apartments on foot within a few minutes.
By plane
From Genoa Airport, you can reach us by taxi or by shuttle bus to Genova Brignole station (and then La Garaventa is about a 10-minute walk).
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed guide with all the instructions for accessing the apartment, along with our personalised recommendations.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay may vary depending on the time of year. Please indicate your preferred dates in the form notes: we will reply with the available options and any minimum stay requirements.
How does payment work?
Bookings are managed through our booking platform (Octorate) or other secure solutions. In our proposal, you will always find amounts, payment methods and deadlines clearly specified.
What is the cancellation policy?
We apply different cancellation conditions depending on the rate and the period. We will inform you in advance of the terms and deadlines, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in and check-out times are indicated in the booking confirmation. Whenever possible, we will try to accommodate specific arrival or departure needs, subject to prior agreement.
Are pets allowed?
The possibility of accommodating pets depends on the specific apartment and must be checked on a case-by-case basis. Please indicate the presence of pets in your request form: we will reply with the available options.
