The “casette”, as we affectionately call them, of La Garaventa offer the freedom of a holiday home in a strategic location in the heart of Genoa, combined with the comfort of a perfectly quiet setting, away from the street.
They consist of two identical, mirror-layout apartments of approximately 60 sqm, arranged over two levels (duplex), located on the ground floor of a historic 17th-century building, within a characteristic private “creuza” (the traditional pedestrian lanes typical of Genoa). This protected and exceptionally quiet position ensures a peaceful rest right in the heart of the city.
Please note: access via a 40-metre uphill pedestrian path makes the property unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
Facing south and overlooking a tennis court, both apartments benefit from beautiful natural light throughout the day. Each features a small, well-maintained private garden with subtle evening lighting, ideal for relaxing at any time.
Every detail has been designed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay: air conditioning system, modern kitchen, and a spacious bathroom.

The apartments are fully independent, equipped with all modern comforts, and located in a “strategic” area within walking distance of Genoa’s main attractions, as well as public transport and Brignole Station (with direct connections to the airport).
Our “casette” have been awarded the Three Suns classification by the Liguria Region, the highest recognition for quality standards.

In both La Garaventa apartments, you will find amenities and an atmosphere designed to make you feel immediately at home, combined with the peace of mind of a professional service.
Bed linen and towels, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware, basic cleaning products, and a thorough final cleaning service are always included, along with coffee pods and a bottle of mineral water. Naturally, there is also a Smart TV, microwave oven, air conditioning, and additional services available on request, such as extra cleaning or mid-stay linen change.
Our “casette di charme” have been designed to be warm, welcoming and comfortable. We have furnished them with pieces and family furniture that are dear to us, in order to offer our guests the authentic feeling of staying in a real home.

Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times are indicated in the booking confirmation; whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate your needs (early check-in or late check-out) upon prior arrangement.
Access to the apartment
Depending on the unit and your arrival time, you may either use a convenient self check-in with a code or be welcomed in person. All instructions are provided in advance, together with useful contact details in case of need.
House rules
All apartments are non-smoking and located within residential buildings where quiet is required, especially during the evening and night hours. Pets are allowed only upon request and prior confirmation.
In accordance with building regulations, infants and children up to 2 years of age are not permitted.
